About Us
TCY Services is a growing construction and custom outdoor living company in Saskatoon. We specialize in hardscaping, carpentry, and outdoor projects including pergolas, fences, driveways, patios, step stone walkways, and custom structures.
Job Summary
Work with experienced teammates to build and install outdoor structures and landscaping projects. Learn construction techniques, tool use, and custom carpentry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with driveways, pergolas, decks, fences, and walkways
  • Load/unload and move materials on site
  • Operate saws, drills, shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.
  • Mix/pour/finish concrete (training provided)
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood/composites
  • Follow directions from supervisors, maintain safety and site cleanliness

Requirements

  • Interest in carpentry/construction/landscaping (apprenticeship available)
  • Able to use hand/power tools (training provided)
  • Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather
  • Team player; punctual, reliable; driver’s license preferred

Schedule
Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; some overtime/occasional weekends
Compensation & Benefits
$18.00–$25.00 per hour (experience-based); apprenticeship training; growth opportunities; casual dress; company events; on-site parking; pathway to specialized carpentry/crew lead roles
