Top Flite is currently recruiting skilled labourer professionals to join our team.
We are looking for individuals with multi-trade/labourer/DIY experience at a high level.
Experience within the social housing sector is desirable, as the role involves covering multi-trade operations, including voids and reactive maintenance (alongside a skilled operative).
Desirable experience includes kitchen and bathroom fitting. Additionally, we are seeking experience in all of the following areas:
* Assisting skilled trades
* Painting & decorating
* General maintenance
* Site clearances
* Grass cutting
* General DIY duties
The ideal candidate will be a good timekeeper, reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
We are seeking hard-working individuals who take pride in their work, can achieve the highest standards of customer service, work effectively under pressure, and possess a flexible approach.
A minimum of two years of experience is required, and references will be requested.
This position can be offered on either an employed or subcontractor basis. Salary will be dependent on experience.
