We are seeking motivated and reliable abattoir general labourers / machine operators to join our growing meat processing team. These are full-time positions offering stable employment, competitive pay rates, and long-term career opportunities within a well-established Australian meat processing facility. Key Responsibilities * Operating processing and production machinery safely and efficiently * Repetitive and heavy lifting * Assisting with meat processing and packaging operations * Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with Australian food safety requirements * Conducting routine machine checks and reporting faults * Meeting daily production and quality targets * General labouring and housekeeping duties as required * Manual handling of products and materials Skills & Experience * Previous experience in an abattoir, meat processing, food manufacturing, or production environment is highly regarded * Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or processing environment preferred * Ability to work in a physically demanding and temperature-controlled environment * Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork * Reliable transport and ability to work full-time hours * Good communication skills and a positive attitude * Australian work rights required Benefits * Full-time permanent employment * 4.00am – 2.00pm day shift, 2.30pm – 11.00pm afternoon shift * Competitive hourly rates with overtime available * Weekly pay * On-the-job training and career development opportunities * Stable work with a respected Australian employer * Supportive team environment * Immediate starts available for suitable candidates If you are dependable, hardworking, and looking to build a long-term career in Australia's meat processing industry, we would like to hear from you.
