Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial operations in Ukraine, including accounting, controlling, taxation, and treasury management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local policy. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support business growth. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and optimize working capital. Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders. Lead, develop, and supervise the finance team to achieve high performance and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, Steuerberater) are a plus. Minimum 5–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies. Strong knowledge of local tax regulations. Solid experience in budgeting, controlling, and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in Ukraine, English and Chinese, written and spoken. Leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team. Why Join Us?
