Description

Manage and maintain general ledger accounts for multi-outlet / high-volume F&B operations
Post and review high-volume journal entries (daily sales, inventory, COGS, payroll, etc.)
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliation (POS vs accounting system)
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and balance sheet accounts
Monitor food cost, beverage cost, and wastage analysis
Ensure proper accounting of inventory, stock adjustments, and shrinkage
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis
Coordinate with operations teams for revenue and expense validation
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT/GST) and statutory requirements
Support internal and external audits

Responsibilities
