Looking for an experienced dynamic General Ledger & Tax Specialist, located in Gorinchem, the Netherlands, who will report directly to our VP Finance for Groeneveld-BEKA group.

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of annual accounts of Dutch holding companies;
  • Preparing corporate income tax return for fiscal unity (6 B.V.’s in the Netherlands);
  • Monthly booking and reporting of two Dutch holding companies for consolidation in Onestream to listed parent company in US;
  • Preparation/transfer pricing calculations and local file transfer pricing;
  • Reporting tax packages US GAAP, corporate tax accountability in reports and support for foreign sales offices with this reporting;
  • Taking minutes of annual meetings in English;
  • Consolidates Dutch CBS annual figures;
  • Tax compliance, including VAT and Payroll taxes in the Netherlands, DAC6 notifications;
  • Maintaining contact with external tax specialist and US tax team;
  • Point of contact for tax issues and informing legislative changes (Pillar 2, substance requirements etc).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, specified in Accounting, Finance or MBA.
  • Experience in accountancy and tax return practice;
  • Proficient with Dutch and English language
