Job Description Mumbai Based candidates only ( No Relocation ) Experience - ( 2-3 Years only specifically in GL R2R ) Salary upto 4.5 LPA Candidate should be okay with US Shift 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM RTR professional with strong intercompany accounting experience. Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across global entities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Perform journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and eliminations related to intercompany accounts. Monitor and ensure timely settlement of intercompany balances. Prepare and analyze monthly intercompany reconciliations; investigate and resolve mismatches. Coordinate with internal teams and other business units across geographies to resolve intercompany discrepancies. Support the month-end and year-end closing process including intercompany confirmations and reporting. Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting tasks. Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Generate and review financial reports (e.g., P&L, balance sheet).Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Liaise with internal and external auditors as needed. Support process improvements and automation initiatives. Collaborate with other finance functions such as AP, AR, and FP&A. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications Commerce Graduate
