Description

We’re currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Machine Operative to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring various machines to support the efficient manufacturing of high-quality products. This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be responsible for loading materials into machines, starting production runs, and keeping things running smoothly. No programming or technical machining experience is required for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience operating machines is preferred (but not essential – training provided)
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new machinery and processes
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Flexibility in working in other areas throughout the factory where needed
  • A car will be required as public transport does not run for the evening shift finish time.
    Collaborate with team members, managers, and other departments
