UPMC Western Maryland is looking for a full-time General Maintenance 2-HVAC/Service Tech to support our Maintenance Department! Responsibilities will include coverage for our CUP operations. The final candidate will need to be available to work day shift, as well as rotating weekends and holidays.

• Maintain/prepare job site/shop.
• Clean, paint, and maintain mechanical and plant rooms/centers.
• Minor preventive maintenance of chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Filter changes in air handlers, terminal devices, and fan coils.
• Clean coils and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school is required. Military experience considered.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND CLEARANCES:
