Schedule: Sunday- Wednesday 5am-3pm Includes holidays that fall on scheduled days. Final candidate will be hired within the career ladder based on experience and education. Unclog drains Minor repairs of faucets, sink drains, and flush valves. Delivery and receiving/stocking of materials. Minor sprinkler inspections or repairs. General Maintenance 2- Plumber High school diploma or equivalent is required. Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required. Military experience considered. Journeyman 1-Plumber High school diploma or GED required. Completion of accredited plumbing apprenticeship program. 2 years' plumbing experience working in a healthcare or commercial building environment. Journeyman 2-Plumber High School diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of 4-5 year apprenticeship, which includes blueprint reading, mechanical drawing, mathematics, electrical wiring and plumbing. Minimum of three years of work experience OR what is required by local governing authority. Knowledge of State and Local plumbing codes and ordinances is required. May in the course of their duties be in rooms where medications are stored. No contact with medications is allowed.
