Description Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Maintenance & Floorwork Specialist to support the daily upkeep of our showroom and warehouse facilities. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment, as well as assisting with weekly corporate photoshoots. Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties throughout the showroom, warehouse, and restrooms, including trash removal and mopping all tile floors Load and unload transfer trucks and assist with customer pickups Assemble furniture and properly place merchandise on the showroom floor Assist with inventory control, including monthly showroom and warehouse inventory cycling Prepare photoshoot stages for weekly photoshoots, including painting, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Assist photographers and creative teams by moving furniture and staging products for photoshoots Requirements Minimum Qualifications Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Strong communication skills and ability to follow company documentation and procedures Ability to build positive working relationships with coworkers, management, and cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of equipment and materials Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per day Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 150 lbs with the assistance of company-issued equipment Ability to follow daily task assignments and adapt to changing priorities What We Offer: Competitive compensation Health, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance available Excellent furniture employee purchase program Collaborative and supportive work environment A supportive team culture focused on development and success Additional Information The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
