About the role We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Mechanic to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical systems and equipment throughout the property, maintaining Four Seasons’ standards of excellence and reliability. What you will do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pumps. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize downtime. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations. Collaborate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations. What you bring Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and work flexible shifts. Technical certification or diploma in mechanical engineering is an advantage.
