While our current focus is bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, we’re expanding into a wide range of work including joinery, tiling, plastering, painting, flooring, groundworks, and more. You’ll be out on the road across Exeter and South Devon, working on diverse and rewarding projects.
We’re looking for someone with confident, refined workmanship who can offer our customers unrivalled levels of professionalism. You don’t need to be a master of every trade, but we’d like you to bring solid skills in at least a few areas. Most importantly, you should take pride in delivering high-quality results. What is required:

• NVQ Level 2 equivalent or higher in a trade (carpentry, general, building etc.)
• 7+ years’ experience
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Confidence working independently in customers’ homes
• Comfortable using a phone for job tracking
• Professional attitude and tidy work

Preferred but not essential:

• Bathroom and kitchen installation experience
• Experience with letting agents or landlords
• Tiling or plastering experience
