Job Description Performs preventive maintenance schedule and completes maintenance work orders. Repairs and solves maintenance problems, including items such as changing out electrical fixtures, installing ceiling tiles, cleaning fan coil units, repairing/replacing toilets, and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances. Performs minor troubleshooting of dietary equipment and plumbing repairs. Completes boiler checks and reporting procedures. Accurately reads basic drawings and blueprints. Assists with Waste Removal Collection & Disposal Performs Security rounds and checks. Communicates concerns and needs to appropriate management. Schedule & Compensation: Full-Time Position Hours:3 Weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun) + 2 Weekdays (Flexible Mon-Thu), Second shift 3-11p Pay: $16.00-18.25/hour Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver's license General Maintenance knowledge Additional Information Depending upon the status of the position, Asbury offers generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401K with match; PTO and paid holidays.
