Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * A working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC and carpentry. * Responsible to assist with building and ground maintenance including snow removal. * Responsible for proper use of hand and power tools. * Responsible to support racing events and all associated equipment. * Follows, completes and turn in all work request forms. * Assist other trades as needed. * Follows safe work procedures and wear all personal protective equipment. * Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and OSHA regulations. * Performs all other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years maintenance/trades experience. Valid NY State driver’s license required. Other: * Able to lift and carry up to 85 lbs. occasionally. * Must be able to work on ladders, lifts and scaffolds. * Able to stand, walk, kneel for extended periods of times. * Able to work in extremes of weather.
