We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of facility repair and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, drywall repair, wall patching, floor tile repair, general handyman work, and basic building maintenance. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in occupied commercial environments. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm Pay: $25 - $28 The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
