JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in general property maintenance or a skilled trade
• Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
• Basic hand and power tools required (tool allowance available)
• Strong Problem solving skills
• independent working skills

• Perform routine repairs (e.g., drywall patching, painting, door repairs, light plumbing/electrical)
• Conduct inspections and identify issues needing repair
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at worksites
• Complete tenant work orders and turnover tasks on time
• Assist with renovation prep and finish work
• Communicate effectively with clients, team leads, and supervisors
• Drive to job sites around Greater Victoria
