GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND WORKPLACE IMPROVEMENT WORKER

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on, and autonomous employee, primarily responsible for cleaning and visually enhancing our facilities. This role is intended to ensure cleanliness, order, and a professional appearance throughout our sites by carrying out various general maintenance tasks, painting, and minor repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong manual skills and practical sense;
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and commitment to quality work;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Good physical condition and willingness to work hard;
• Positive attitude, versatility, and team spirit;
• Experience in painting or general maintenance (an asset).
  Additional Information

• Perform cleaning duties in various areas of the company (offices, common areas, restrooms, manufacturing facilities, etc.) in accordance with established standards;
• Carry out painting work to refresh workspaces, correct imperfections, and improve the overall visual appearance of the premises;
• Perform small repairs and manual tasks (reinstalling shelves, adjusting furniture, minor maintenance);
• Keep areas clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors;
• Collaborate with the building maintenance team to support their activities when needed;
• Adapt quickly to changing and urgent demands in a fast-paced environment;
• Manage one’s own schedule autonomously and prioritize tasks according to needs.
