Description
Key responsibilities:  Carry out a wide range of basic maintenance tasks, including: * Support electricians with minor electrical work * Plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, basic pipework) * Basic carpentry and joinery (doors, locks, fixtures, fittings) Support upkeep of site infrastructure and facilities, including: * Offices and welfare areas * Production floor environments * External areas (car parks, walkways, fencing, painting etc) * General building repairs * EHS support of all facility and production areas * Respond to and resolve day-to-day maintenance requests in a timely manner * Perform basic fault finding and escalate issues where specialist support is required  Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify issues early *   Carry out basic preventative maintenance tasks to reduce reactive work *   Report and log defects, damage, or safety concerns Please note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list.
