Job Description Domino's Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our 1613 S 9th St location in St Louis, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Manage and lead a team of store employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash control Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness Implement and maintain company policies and procedures Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction Collaborate with upper management to achieve store goals and objectives Monitor and control costs related to labor, food, and supplies Maintain accurate financial records and complete required paperwork Participate in local marketing initiatives to drive business growth Ensure efficient and timely delivery operations Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in math and financial management Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Customer service-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Job Category Org: Store General Manager
