Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. In addition, assistant managers are eligible to earn performance based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance. Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus.
