The Role:As General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service, high team morale, and strong financial performance. You’ll be a hands-on leader, comfortable in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments, and committed to maintaining high standards in every aspect of the business.

• Manage and motivate a diverse team of baristas, kitchen staff, and front-of-house staff including Assistant General Manger and supervisors.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering to ensure efficient daily operations
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle any escalated issues professionally
• Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and cost controls
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive team culture
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement initiatives to boost customer loyalty and revenue
