About Us:
Baby Platinum is an established, venue known for its friendly team and buzzing atmosphere. We’re now looking for a reliable, General Manager to join our management team. This is a key role for someone with hospitality experience, excellent leadership skills, and who holds a Personal Licence.
Please note the hours of work - Sunday , Friday & Saturday - .
This offers a great work life balance your rota will never change, therefore a day off on Monday - Thursday
The Role:
As General Manager, you’ll oversee nightly operations, lead a small team, and ensure smooth, safe, and profitable running of the venue. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading staff and ensuring smooth shift operations
Handling guest queries and ensuring excellent customer service
Opening/closing the venue and managing procedures
Cash handling, till reconciliation, and basic admin
Supporting with promotions, bar service, reception, and cleaning duties
Ensuring all licensing and safety standards are met
Requirements:
Hospitality and experience (essential)
Valid Personal Licence (essential)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Organised, reliable, and confident in
Must be available to work night shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays
Aged 18 or over
