The Restaurant General Manager - DLEÑA is responsible for ensuring the success and growth of the restaurant — from staffing and financial performance to innovation, cleanliness, culture, and reputation. The Restaurant General Manager sets the tone, establishes the standards, and inspires the team to deliver memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations. Requirements Requested Capabilities Prior experience as a Restaurant General Manager strongly preferred Comprehensive knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Strong financial acumen, including experience with payroll, budgeting, revenue management, and forecasting Excellent communication skills; professional, personable, and service-driven Proper health and safety certifications required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, and tableware Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to smell and taste food and beverages to ensure quality standards
