The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced, proactive General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate our HOD’s and team of servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen staff
  • Manage day-to-day venue operations smoothly, including opening/closing
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability
  • Train staff in safety, service, and operational procedures
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere
  • Support marketing efforts to attract and retain customers
  • Analyse financials, manage P&L, budgets, and labour costs
  • Use data to identify improvements and implement solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with the management team
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven management experience in hospitality/restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and service excellence
  • Financial skills including budgeting, P&L and cost control
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Great communicator and team builder
  • Bartending knowledge a bonus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
