The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced, proactive General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate our HOD’s and team of servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen staff
- Manage day-to-day venue operations smoothly, including opening/closing
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability
- Train staff in safety, service, and operational procedures
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere
- Support marketing efforts to attract and retain customers
- Analyse financials, manage P&L, budgets, and labour costs
- Use data to identify improvements and implement solutions
- Develop and execute strategic plans with the management team
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven management experience in hospitality/restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food safety and service excellence
- Financial skills including budgeting, P&L and cost control
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Great communicator and team builder
- Bartending knowledge a bonus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
