Pay Transparency (In accordance with the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Law, effective October 29, 2025) Pay Ranges (Massachusetts) Delivery Drivers 💰 $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Includes Tips + Gas Reimbursement) Insiders 💰 $15.50 – $17.00 per hour Assistant Managers 💰 $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Plus, the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities) General Managers 💰 $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives & Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities) Job Category Org: Store General Manager
