The Opportunity
A rare opportunity exists for an experienced General Manager to establish, lead and grow a new national Workforce Solutions Division.
Backed by an established organisation with longstanding customer relationships, strong operational infrastructure and ambitious growth plans, this role will be responsible for building a workforce solutions business designed to address some of Australia’s most complex labour and skills shortages.
This is far more than a traditional recruitment leadership position.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create and scale an integrated workforce model encompassing workforce planning, labour hire, permanent recruitment, skilled migration, mobilisation, project staffing and managed workforce programs.
Supported by executive leadership and an established national footprint, you will have the autonomy and resources to build a division capable of servicing clients across multiple industries throughout Australia.
