Job Description
As General Manager, you are the inspiration for your team to create a positive and stimulating environment focused on teamwork.
You are the leader of a team of one hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience ✨ through a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create. Mama must be in good hands with you .
You will also develop special relationships with customers and local businesses by delivering the Mama experience to them as well.
While maintaining high standards in our rooms/suites and standards in food ️, services ️, health and safety ️, you ensure the profitability of Mama through revenue generation and cost control.
Behind the scenes, you analyze sales figures and control expenses. You manage and forecast budgets, as well as financial plans.
In order to achieve these objectives , you collaborate with headquarters especially on reporting results, as well as e-marketing and media campaigns.

If lists are more your thing:

  • Fully own the commercials of your property and overall performance, from P&L, through to budgets, through to planning and forecasting.
  • Play a key role in hiring decisions for the property. Find and keep the best talent.
  • Establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
  • Execute the highest of Brand standards, financial performance, and quality of service.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and support to your Heads of Departments in the day-to-day People management of each team.
  • Oversee all hotel operations.
  • Oversee all quality evaluation processes and strive to improve all qualitative metrics.
  • Be ultimately accountable for delivering projects in your property.
  • Serve as the hub for communications with guests, team, ownership, brand representatives and key vendors.
  • Be front-facing and high-touch with our guests, involved in handling guests throughout their journey and setting the example for the team to engage in excellent guest experience and recovery at every turn.
  • Be a part of the evolution of Ennismore as it expands further in the US and Americas region.
