Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering the commercial growth strategy
• Driving sales, profitability and market share
• Managing key customer relationships and national accounts
• Identifying new business opportunities and routes to market
• Leading product development and range expansion
• Developing pricing strategies and improving margins
• Managing budgets, forecasts and P&L performance
• Working closely with group functions including Purchasing, Finance and Operations
