Based in Milton, this senior leadership role supports our services with strategic direction, operational excellence and the outworking of our Lutheran identity. In this role as General Manager – Aged Care, you’ll:

  • Provide strategic leadership across aged care services, ensuring alignment with national reforms and best practice models.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
