See yourself in our team A member of the RAB Leadership Team and reporting to the National General Manager Agribusiness, the General Manager for NSW, Queensland and the Norther Territory leads the strategic direction and value proposition of CBA’s Agribusiness clients across all 3 states. This high-profile role provides an opportunity to shape and grow an existing business, as well as play a critical stakeholder role across the industry. Key responsibilities include: Develop, build and deliver the regional distribution strategy and value proposition. Support growth through frontline sales enablement and support across NSW, Queensland & the Norther Territory. Develop and implement new business initiatives, tools and products, including provide differentiated customer value propositions. Build and maintain partnerships with key Government, industry and stakeholder groups through active external engagement. As a frontline senior leader, balance the voice of customer, market insight, risk management, shareholder and our people to negotiate, challenge and facilitate exceptional outcomes with stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong sales leadership and performance culture to drive profitable balance sheet growth through customer retention and new to bank acquisition. Provide exceptional leadership to an engaged and effective team with a culture anchored in care, courage and commitment, maximising team engagement, wellbeing, people experience and talent management. Support risk management through sectoral insights, remediation and uplift opportunities. Be accountable for overall customer and shareholder performance, measured by NPS and growth outcomes in new-to-bank business and existing clients. We’re seeking senior leaders with deep expertise in agribusiness or business banking who can deliver transformative growth across NSW, Queensland, and the Northern Territory. This is a pivotal role for a senior leader who thrives on shaping strategy, driving business development, and creating sustainable success for regional communities. As such, we’re looking for: Proven ability to deliver elevated growth outcomes through innovative business development strategies. A strong commitment to regional growth and sustainability, ensuring long-term value for clients and stakeholders. Exceptional stakeholder leadership with the influence to build consensus and drive organisational alignment. Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to engage at the highest levels. A forward-thinking mindset with a track record of introducing renewed thinking and strategic transformation across complex organisations.
