Description
Job Expectations We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a General Manager AI Value & Delivery. This role will report to the Executive General Manager, AI Acceleration & Process Excellence. A bit about your role As the General Manager AI Value & Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring nbn’s most critical AI initiatives deliver meaningful, measurable and sustained business value. This will include leading the frameworks and disciplines that bring consistency, transparency and clarity to how value is defined, tracked and realised across the enterprise. In this role, you will act as the central point of integration for enterprise execution, translating strategic decisions into a cohesive delivery roadmap, clear execution rhythms and aligned performance visibility. You are to partner closely with senior leaders, to ensure delivery standards and value expectations continue to evolve alongside nbn’s AI capabilities. While not owning delivery execution, you will enable disciplined, value-led delivery by ensuring outcomes are measurable, risks are visible and progress is communicated through effective governance, reporting and dashboards. Your impact will be felt in bringing structure and alignment to a complex landscape, supporting nbn to realise the full potential of its AI ambition. A bit about you The successful candidate will bring extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-enterprise transformation or operational excellence initiatives within complex, regulated or asset-intensive environments. You have a proven ability to design and embed end-to-end process redesign, driving simplification, standardisation and improved efficiency enterprise wide, while removing duplication and enabling scalability. With a strong, hands-on understanding of process improvement methodologies, you are comfortable translating strategy into practical, sustainable execution. You have a grounded understanding of AI, automation and data concepts, allowing you to design AI-ready processes, embed appropriate controls and partner effectively with technical teams. You are known for your collaborative and inclusive leadership style, and ability to bring together diverse perspectives. Life at nbn To be part of nbn is to be part of something bigger.
