Description:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Proven experience in managing a manufacturing operation, ideally within the sheet metal fabrication or related industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within manufacturing.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or business management are preferred.
- A full UK driving licence.

- Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities, including identifying and targeting potential clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote its services and expand its market presence.
