We are currently seeking an experienced and driven General Manager who will be responsible for overall leadership, performance and profitability of our venue in Shepherd’s Bush.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality or leisure professional with a proven track record in managing high-performing, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a General Manager you will be at the heart of everything - ensuring high standards, managing day-to-day operation, inspiring and empower your team to consistently exceed guests expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Oversee operation of the venue, including staff management, customer service H&S and financial aspects
  • Monitor KPI’s, budget and P&L performance to identify areas for improvement,
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and safety requirements,
  • Lead, inspire and develop highperforming team,
  • Deliver excellent customer service,
  • Foster a culture of innovation and improvement

  • Proven track record in a senior operational role within leisure or hospitality sector,
