We are seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to provide structure, alignment, and leadership across our growing company. This role will be responsible for turning the company’s vision into action, driving performance, and holding teams accountable to ensure that goals are met and operations run smoothly.

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable department heads (Sales, Production, Administration).
• Run Level 10 Meetings™ and drive execution of quarterly Rocks.
• Review and manage Scorecard metrics weekly.
• Oversee P&L, cash flow, and profitability targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Ensure operations run smoothly and jobs are completed on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven success as a GM, COO, or Integrator (EOS experience strongly preferred).
• Background in construction, roofing, or trades industry a plus.
• Strong leadership, financial, and operations management skills.
• Familiarity with EOS tools: V/TO, Rocks, Scorecard, Level 10 Meetings.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The General Manager is the operational leader responsible for turning Visionary’s big ideas into reality. This role drives the business forward by ensuring the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO™) is executed, the leadership team is aligned, and accountability is maintained across all departments. The Integrator owns the business plan and ensures the company consistently achieves its Rocks, Scorecard metrics, and long-term goals.

• Partner with Visionary to translate vision into actionable strategies.
• Run effective Level 10 Meetings™, driving accountability and solving issues quickly.
• Ensure the company meets its quarterly Rocks and stays aligned with the V/TO.
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable all department heads (Sales, Production, Administration).
