We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of the dual-branded Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott in Belfast’s iconic Titanic Quarter, opening in Q1 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to launch two of Marriott’s most dynamic brands—Aloft, known for its bold design and social energy, and Residence Inn, crafted for longer stays and residential comfort—in one vibrant destination.

POSITION SUMMARY

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations of this flagship property. You’ll serve as the strategic business leader, ensuring operational excellence, brand integrity, and a culture that empowers associates and delights guests.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in a branded hotel environment.
  • Pre-opening or conversion experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Marriott systems and tools (e.g., Opera/FOSSE, MARSHA, GXP, CI/TY).
  • Proven track record of delivering results across guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.
