To further strengthen our presence in Belgian market, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to spearhead the management of Anton Paar's Sales and Service Subsidiary in Belgium as the General Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, shaping sales and service excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. Job Description Leading the Sales and Service Subsidiary in Belgium, based in Gentbrugge, overseeing a team of ca. 30 employees Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives Maintaining continuous communication and collaboration with the EMEA Regional Director and the headquarters Implementing and monitoring relevant processes to ensure operational excellence Identifying and capitalizing new market opportunities Continuous improvement of sales and service activities Planning and controlling annual sales and cost budgets Providing strong leadership and fostering the professional development of the team Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An additional degree in Economics is advantageous Extensive experience in B2B sales management Fluent in Dutch, English and French, both written and oral In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Profound knowledge of the Belgian market Additional Information Anton Paar Belgium offers you a unique and rewarding position within an innovative and growing Company.
