In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, shaping sales and service excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. Job Description Leading the Sales and Service Subsidiary in Germany, based in Ostfildern, overseeing a team of ~180 employees Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives Maintaining continuous communication and collaboration with the EMEA Regional Director and the headquarters Implementing and monitoring relevant processes to ensure operational excellence Identifying and capitalizing of new market opportunities Continuous improvement of sales and service activities Planning and controlling of annual sales and cost budgets Providing strong leadership and fostering the professional development of the team Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, an additional degree in Economics is advantageous Extensive experience in B2B sales management Fluent in German and English, both written and oral In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Profound knowledge of the German market Additional Information Anton Paar Germany offers you a unique and rewarding position within an innovative and growing Company.
