As a key member of the UKG leadership team, actively shape the future vision and strategy for the company and the AI business unit, ensuring alignment with UKG's broader strategic goals. Create a comprehensive AI product roadmap and strategy that aligns with UKG's broader strategy, focusing on differentiation and growth aspirations in the short, mid-, and long-term. Build deep relationships with customers, infusing their feedback into the AI product development process to enhance the end-user experience. Own the "voice of the customer" and anticipate future needs to stay ahead of the competition. Understand competitive dynamics and leverage insights to differentiate the AI business, ensuring it remains ahead of market trends. Own the key drivers of growth for AI products and customer segments, working across the organization to drive these initiatives. Collaborate effectively across functions, including the aligned engineering team and the broader go-to-market organization, to set strategy and ensure accountability. Advocate for a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics to guide strategic decisions and AI product improvements. Utilize data and KPIs to drive growth, reduce churn, improve NPS, and enhance product quality and features. Attract and build a best-in-class AI team empowered to drive transformation in line with business goals. Provide opportunities for internal growth to retain top talent at UKG. Serve as a thought partner for holistic AI product growth, working with broader teams to strategically evaluate Build, Buy & Partner decisions. Stay abreast of AI trends and technologies, leveraging intellectual curiosity to uncover growth and innovation opportunities that can be translated into actionable strategies. Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI products, from ideation through launch and continuous optimization, with a focus on beta AI product development. Ensure that AI products comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, advocating for transparency, fairness, and accountability in all AI-related initiatives. Desired Outcomes: Advance the vision and strategy of UKG's AI business by contributing distinctly to the organization's plans and driving the execution of the AI product roadmap. Establish a culture of excellence in execution and customer obsession, elevating AI technology as a core capability that drives competitive advantage. Create a game-changing AI product vision for the future of the AI business unit that is innovative, ambitious, and compelling. 10+ years of experience in product leadership, with a track record of bringing AI-driven products to market and driving execution with P&L responsibilityp. Ability to drive growth using AI product functionality, pricing, packaging, and partnerships, leveraging data to enhance customer engagement and experience. Experience in visualizing and developing new AI experiences and solutions, successfully bringing new products to market using innovative technologies. Ability to implement best-in-class AI product management practices and drive continuous improvement and flawless execution of the AI product portfolio. Experience leading geographically distributed, diverse teams, attracting and growing talent Effective communicator of complex technical concepts. Minimum of 10 years in innovative product management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven ability to align corporate and AI product strategies with business goals. Success in leading complex, cross-functional AI initiatives to successful outcomes. Strong capability to connect financial results to performance through effective use of KPIs and budget management. Exceptional ability to navigate shifting priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to prioritize these to drive impactful AI outcomes. Proven track record of building and leading high performing teams and nurturing talent Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MS, or Ph.D.) is preferred.
