• Assisting in hiring and onboarding team members
• Managing schedules, time tracking (we use Square), and HR-related tasks
• Helping with finances, reports, and basic bookkeeping
• Running errands and being on the go between locations
• Coordinating vendors, supplies, and maintenance
• Creating or overseeing design work for menus, posters, and other marketing materials
• Supporting the owner with whatever comes up—yes, that includes last-minute runs for printer ink
• Thinking ahead, staying organized, and keeping the wheels turning
