Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for equipment repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
