• Lead all store operations across retail, food hall, and concessions to deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets
• Ensure consistent delivery of Avoca’s brand standards and customer service excellence
• Manage budgets, P&L performance, and cost control initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Buying, Culinary, Logistics) to execute strategic plans
• Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, and operational routines with a focus on continuous improvement
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and development across all departments
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards
