We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Dealership General Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all departments, fostering a positive work environment, and driving profitability across the board.

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the COO, you are an individual who develops relationships and teams, enjoys interacting with customers, and takes accountability and ownership for all aspects of the dealership’s business. As a coach, you lead by example and ensure your direct reports understand how to achieve success and contribute to the overall dealership results. Your demonstrated success extends to your experience in building talent within your various teams, achieving and exceeding targets and continuing to review the business for enhancements and efficiencies.
