Job Description We operate 4 locations within Portsmouth Historic Quarter comprising of 1 restaurant, 2 cafe's, 1 Foodhall and 1 ice cream van. The successful candidate will lead a team of 60 employees over a 7 day operation and focus driving the business to continously improve. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance Qualifications We are seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to lead operations at one of our most distinctive and historic venues. Open seven days a week, our establishment blends heritage charm with a vibrant, contemporary dining experience, requiring a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
