We are looking for an aspiring/capable General Manager to lead our current team, in our established, unique & independent cocktail bar, located in Manchesters Northern Quarter…
The ideal candidate will already be at a Management level, preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience & a solid base knowledge of cocktails. That person will be given the opportunity to lead the team, and grow on it, as we grow the business. Input on menus going forward, staff incentives & promotions to name a few.
A solid communication style is vital. Proactivity, reliability & a record of being trustworthy are key.

Starting Wage : £35k a year (£33k base wage + £250 p/m minimum guaranteed service charge)
