Lead and grow the team. Schedule production and teach others to do the same. Earn customer trust. Represent Better Collision in a market where we are just getting started. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred. Ability to be present on the shop floor and work safely in a production environment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times. Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of conditions. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat as needed.
