Lead and develop a full team that is already in place. Schedule production and coach your managers to do the same. Earn customer trust and grow the business. You'll have regional support when you need it and autonomy when you don't. What We Need Owner's mindset. You act like the business is yours. Real collision experience. You can schedule cars through a shop and coach your team to do the same. Cycle time, throughput, and load balancing are second nature. Leadership. Responsibilities

Lead and develop the team at the Charleston shop to drive production and grow the business. Manage production scheduling, coach managers, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
