As General Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of both Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals, overseeing a combined service of circa 534 beds, with a further 60 beds to be added through redevelopment. You will lead a workforce of approximately 3,000 staff, manage a budget in excess of $400 million, and play a pivotal role in the transition of services to an A1 hospital model and $120M redevelopment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
