Position Summary: Under the general guidance of the F&B Director you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Booking Office 1869, Summer terrace & Mi&Me operations ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and alignment with the hotel’s brand standards. You will lead your team to deliver consistent, luxury-level experiences while driving revenue, maintaining cost controls, and cultivating a strong people culture.
