AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO LEAD ONE OF MONCTON’S TOP RESTAURANTS

We are looking for a driven, hands-on, and charismatic General Manager to lead Boulevard, part of a growing group of successful restaurants in Moncton, including Gusto Italian Bar & Grill, Captain Dan’s, and Sophia & Spritz.
As General Manager, you will report directly to Rean J. McKinley, Corporate General Manager overseeing both Boulevard and Gusto Italian Bar & Grill. You will also work closely with our Corporate Chef Anthony Pittoello to ensure our food and service standards remain best-in-class.

• Full accountability for FOH and BOH operations at Boulevard
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 50-60 staff members
• Foster a culture of excellence in hospitality, food, and service
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership on growth and operational strategies
